TogetherNow at the NYPWA Winter Conference

We were proud to join IBM at last week’s 155th annual New York Public Welfare Association (NYPWA) Winter Conference in Albany, NY, to share our insights from working with community to build MyWayfinder®, an online platform for accessing social care services.

NYPWA actively partners with government agencies, federal and state policymakers, and community organizations across New York’s 58 social services districts, sharing information and working to improve social welfare policy. The conference was an incredible opportunity to exchange ideas and share work being done to increase equitable access to housing, nutrition, and other health-related social needs.

The conference’s theme, “Tough Times Don’t Last, Tough Teams Do,” resonates deeply with us. It’s the refusal to accept things as they are that leads to change, and the greatest challenges are the ones most worth taking on. Our team was proud to share MyWayfinder with social welfare representatives from across the state.
